When will I receive my items?
Item Processing Time
In-stock items will be sent out within 24-72 hours. Non-stock items will be sent out according to different processing time. You can check it from product page. The time we are talking about is a working day and may be delayed if we encounter holidays.
Note: Custom-made products such as wigs, wedding, special occasion dresses, processing time is long than other products, please wait patiently.
When will I receive my items after I place an order?
There are three key factors that will decide when you will receive your items.
1) shipping Method:
Super Saving----10-25 days
Standard Shipping----3-7 days
Expedited Shipping----2-5 days
2) Items in stock will be shipped out in 24-72 hours. Items out of stock take longer to process and the time frame differs according to categories. Normally items out of stock will be shipped out in 4 business days after payment.
3) Some unavoidable reasons:
We will ship out the item according to your requests, but we can not assure you exactly how many days you can receive this item. There are many factors that may cause the delay of your item, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, etc.
